In 2015 , Ir Chong Chin Meow was appointed by the Main contractor, Pembinaan SPK Sdn Bhd , as an independent checker for the civil and structural design work of the project .

The project  civil and structural engineer is Azman Lim Associates and the design team is headed by Ir Yeoh Ching Seng.

The structures designed for this project consist of  approximately 50% of

 IBS (industrial building system) and the supplier of the IBS is Eastern Pretech (M) Sdn Bhd.
